The theory of performance was constructed by a group of
educators. The model consist of aspects such as identity, skills, knowledge,
context, personal factors, and fixed factors. They believe that people continue
to grow and develop throughout life in the aspects that are controllable. And being
aware of that control gives great confidence in life.
The elements of a Performance Analysis worksheet are as
follows:
Identity, Learning skills, knowledge, context, Personal
factors and fixed factors. On the work sheet you describe each element and
explain how awareness and improvement of those elements would be beneficial to
performance.
In my opinion some of the key characteristics of a high-quality
learner are discipline, determination, organization, time management and knowledge.
There are other characteristics that are necessary but these are just to name a
few.
Based on my high school experience and my experience in
school over all, believe my strongest aspect is identity. I have always had an
understanding of who I am and how I fit in the world. I am very aware of my
academic standing and the knowledge that I receive and retain.
